It topped out at 97° and I'm worn out. I did a simple twice over and get it done shave. No nicks no cuts no irritation. Not bad for out of the can. The Old Spice combo is comforting.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Wrights Traditional Bar Soap with Coal Tar Fragrance.
Brush: Wilkinson Sword Synthetic.
Face Lather.
Lather: Gillette Skin Ultra Sensitive Shave Cream.
Blade: Gillette Winner Platinum.(D2)
Razor: Wilkinson Sword Classic Butterfly.

Post:
Cold Water Face & Head Rinse./Cold water face & head wash with brush squeezing's,/Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.5 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With Care+ Witch Hazel./Nivea Men Replenishing PSB./Brut Splash-On lotion.

The Gillette Skin Ultra Sensitive Shave Cream provided me with a more than adequate lather in a short space of time leaving a good post shave feel.

Finishing the shave off with a generous splash of Brut Splash-On lotion.

My face is feeling smooth and smelling divine.😉

Fourth use of the Atelier with a Proline and I’m getting very close and comfortable shaves but it’s taking me a while to learn the angles.

The Boti white boar is a very nice knot and is currently the right balance of backbone and splay, but I’m aware that over time that might soften and be too soft. After five uses it still gobbles soap hopefully that’ll be sorted by the tenth use.
