1960’s PAL Adjustable/Supply blade, If anyone is considering this razor, the angle differs from that of the Schick given it's head design. Once this is taken into account, the razor performs very efficiently. I clean by adjusting the guard to the mild position. Using a toothbrush under and on top of the blade area.

The last few days have been a bit of a blur, however i seem to be coming out of the worst.
I was much more alert this morning and had a cracking shave with Carl Schlieper, its the smoothest edge i have put on a straight and love using it.

Dug out the fixed Rex Envoy and tried it with an Amazon blade and it was smoother than I last remember. I've found the Amazon blades to be very forgiving in razors which I haven't had much use like the Envoy being a bit snatchy at times and causing skin irritation. Hand made Silver Birch Brushes band brush and bowl and the superb Ariana & Evans Vacanza Romana and finshed of with D&G The One.

First pass with the Feather. It was the third time I accomplished an entire wtg pass with this razor. And it was such an effective pass that I could have stopped there! But I was having too much fun, and the lather was too perfect, so naturally the ASW Injector called out for pass two. And, it too, was absolutely excellent!

I decided that the Taj SOC should no longer be a backup. Semogue brushes rock! This one is just as good as my butterscotch. Very consistent knots here.

My almost 3 year old granddaughter sniffed a half dozen soaps and settled on the DRH. Glad she did… it was awesome!

Two passes for a very rare perfect shave. 10/10

Notes: I was advised to try the Kai blade in the Overlander, so tonight I happily obliged.
I can report that it did indeed sing and give me a darn fabulous face and head shave. 🪒
Brass razors just shave different to their counterparts and I'm sure the Kai blade is slightly thicker than other DE blades hmmmm .
I'm so blooming gorgeous right now, that I just can't winking at myself in the mirror.
