Notes: It's a scorching hot day today at the seaside and to cool things down a little I opted for the Fresh Mint range.
It still baffles me how my heavy lather bowl just floats in the water and the lather generated today was just like delicious ice-cream but I wouldn't want to eat it ha ha.
A lovely two pass face shave on the lowest setting and job done.

we miss ice cream... butt never cut a hole in a towel or whatever to hold it for us at a beach...

New to me soap test.

I tried House of Mmmoth for the first time a few minutes ago and wow I loved it! Not as thirsty as some of my other soaps so the lather whipped up a little thinner than I like. I put it to the test with the Ti Blackbird standard base and the shave was fantastic! Flawless three passes. This will not be my last tub of House of Mammoth for sure.

Proraso pre-shave, Wild West Brushworks blue denim, House of Mammoth Sonder soap, Two-Tone Blackbird SB, Tatra, Omega alum, HAGs Cha Nova aftershave, HAGs Faceless balm.

Well, that was one of the best shaves I've ever had!
One of those unicorn shaves where everything just seems to be dialled in, and a reminder of why this particular razor is my favourite.
3 extremely smooth, efficient but comfortable passes with exceptional glide from Noble Otters lather and one of the best scents out there.

Finished off with the very pleasant cooling sensation and more of that great scent from the splash.
