Despite being interrupted by a phone call the Shave did not suffer. I had previously decided not to change the blade, so was so please that the blade on its 12th outing was smooth and comfortable, with a good quality finish. Glad that I still have a few more of these blades left, as price wise they are are too expensive.

Well that was a real night and day shave in comparison to yesterday! I played with the angle more and slightly rode the cap and was rewarded with an excellent smooth shave! It’s definitely got a different level of aggression to the chromed version but once you hit it’s sweet spot you can still get an accurate and efficient shave!

I'm still getting the range on how much water to use with palmolive. A dollop slightly larger than a green pea yielded enough lather for three + passes. The weather turned cold and windy so I used the aftershave balm for a little added protection. The Polo clone was an impulse buy at Family Dollar. I don't know if it is even close but it is a pleasant clover honey smell and at less than $3 worth the money.
