This is how i get around not having an adjustable razor. View attachment 136597I did the first pass with the Shavely razor. I started the second pass but it was too aggressive so I switched to the Microtouch. Brut cleaned up and brought back memories of summers past.

I don't think I could live with that level of gunge?

Superb shave this evening. The Yaqi Sentinel head continues to impress, I was told by the seller it was one of the early heads they released and he believed it to be the 1.35mm but it seems from what I've read the first run were all 1.5mm, my rough/amateur attempts to eyeball a measurement also appear more in that ballpark - I'm genuinely loving this thing though.

First use if any GN set this evening too, top quality gear no doubt about that, I'm also digging the scent (as is the other half) so I'm thinking we'll get along just fine ...

This v2 with +0.05 on the bar wasn't as good as the v1 but I'll try it again with a fresh blade.

Another good soap, this time from Perleta Soap Co which I believe is sadly, no longer in business.
