It looks amazing! The combination of these two unusual razors is simply a masterpiece! How does it shave? I have a King Oscillator , but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Normally I don't like to combine different elements into a franken razor. This is the way I found it and bought it. So... I'm not the creator of that masterpiece. The top plate (which comes from a French "Vib'raz" razor) should work appropriately like a King Oscilator. Only... they designed just the rollers. There is no mechanism inside the head, to oscilate the blade. The rollers oscilate and contact/friction with the blade was supposed to transmite this to the blade. For this to work, the manufacturer's advice was not to tighten the handle too much. It sounds like a joke. I don't know how it shaves. Tonight it will be the premiere. I'll let you know.

Follow-up: Well... unexpectedly, it turned out to be an amazing shaver. The rollers are just well... rolling. As I expected, they don't transmit any "vibration" to the blade. Quite a noisy razor, like an old tractor gear box. I liked it, though. If something, the rollers are making the whole head, the whole razor to oscilate, while being dragged on the surface of the skin.
Very efficient, gave me a perfect shave.

Monday 15th June...

Picked up this Weleda cream at the weekend in M&S. I'm not a big cream user and tend to go for Trumpers or Ingrams or one of the better performers when I do. It popped out as a rather firm dessicated hedgehog turd shaped object and took a while to get going. Didn't take water well at all. It wasn't particularly thick but it was slick which was what I was after which wasn't bad to be fair. A medium cream for me but I use them so rarely I don't really mix them up with any great skill. I'd definitely get more out of this with more practice.

Almost another full pass with the shavette apart from the very tip of the chin but I didn't want to start the week with a cut. Result!
