Greetings,

Sunday Morning Shave,

Everything in my shave set up worked together excellently this morning...The vast majority of my shave set ups are very in-expensive, today proved to me yet again that I can always get pleasurable shaves from traditional wet shaving accessories that don't cost the earth.

The Merkur 39C/Voskhod Teflon Coated duo is my new favourite razor & blade set up.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Aloe Vera Sensitive Aftershave Gel.

My face is feeling smooth and smelling divine.😉

Stay safe, and enjoy your Sunday ladies & gentlemen.😎

Aleppo soap- Shave pre wash
Cyril Salter- MS Ed2band
Cyril Salter Solid soap
Alpha Spirit SE
Schick Proline ( 1 )
Williams Aqua Velva A/S Lotion

A wise decision this morning, loaded a fresh blade despite the loaded one would be on Shave 6. I was lucky and got these early on when Rakuten operated to supply UK,and they were quite cheap..
I like the CS soap but unfortunately today did not get a strong consistent lather, but still had a very comfortable Shave with an excellent close all round finish. Enjoyed using the Aqua Velva which has been hiding out of reach.

Sunday 13th September...

On the minutes this morning and I seem to look like Gandalf because I've got so much growth. I can never understand the speed of my regrowth - it's bizarre. Anyway, if Gandalf did want to remove his beard in one fell swoop, then an Ever Ready razor would be amongst his tools of choice. Used this Hampshire Lanolin Soap again because it's fabulous and also because it has a brilliant post shave softness feel. Baby soft face and hands now!

Enjoy a peaceful Sunday...
