Simpson Brushes Appreciation Thread

I do tend toward the "old, established" over "new cutting edge" in anything. My clothing, my vehicles .. most anything I can think of. I dislike change for the mere sake of it. I tend to hold onto the old rather than embrace the new. Hence, traditional products will almost always be my choice...

But, I realize that I'm probably in the minority in that regard. Then again, I've enjoyed, and spent a lifetime, being a salmon swimming upstream...
Thank you, I appreciate your reply - I also value tradition :)

Polo 14, 12 and 10. The 12 comes from the Maison du Rasoir in Brussels, the two others from Trumpers in Curzon Street. The 14 is actually marked '16' which I think must be a mis-print because the dimensions are those of the 14. Love the large handles!

I only two Simpson brushes. A Duke 3 I bought five years ago. I had a shedding problem with the brush and Simpson replaced it. Works great now - but I wish it were larger. About a month ago I picked up a Chubby 2. That is one great brush.
