I contacted them about my CH3 silver tip. Asked if there is a way to fix it, doesn't seem like there is unless the brush gets possibly destroyed.
What really irked me was the next line, since you bought the brush over a year ago it doesn't qualify for free replacement.
A. I never asked for free replacement or anything for free, just asked if there is any way to repair it.
B. Over the past few years I have bought over ten CH3 and CH2's, mostly CH3 Manchurians. I guess I am not a good enough customer.
Maybe I am over reacting but the response really bothered me.
