How do you find the soap? I’m tempted by it as it has now appeared in Connaught in the UK.

The Dovo Skull & Bones has a sporty, masculine scent with a woody undertone, somewhere between sandalwood and cedar, or perhaps both. It reminds me of a blend of Klar Klassik and Klar Sport, with a faint hint of shower gel (think Rexona or Adidas body wash). That said, it’s not off-putting. The scent is fairly neutral and understated overall.

As expected from Klar, the lather is easy to build and performs well, arguably a touch better than their standard soaps. The formulation seems to have been tweaked somewhat. Glide and protection are both solid, and ghost lathering works nicely.
