A few people have asked up the pairing up proces can begin in order to get gifts ready.
Is everyone of the same opinion?
The original end date was the 27th.

Well, we have 24 so I can't see why we can't pair up now and sort any stragglers out later? As long as your OK with this!

I think its wise, will give us a chance to do a lil recon on the person we've got to help get something they might like or will use.

Fine by me but don't you think it's wise to close the list prior to pairing?

I'd be inclined to wait, depending how many extra sign up it might not be so secret a Santa if the list at present is paired up. Closing the list prior to pairing is another option.

Now the thread has been bumped there may be more interest.

A member has withdrawn from the list so it's at an odd number.
So lets give it till the 12th of November and I'll get the ball rolling.
Then I'll do a second date for any other late arrivals, maybe 31st december and then close the list.
If people seem happy with that then I'll update the first post.
