Rocnel SE-P v2

It's... alive!
Hi everyone,

as I haven't seen a post about it yet, here's what I found today:
https://www.instagram.com/p/BVcTANEFe06/

The changes seem to be:
- a more shallow head
- wider lather channel (yay!)
- higher price ($75... bummer)

Should be available in August.

If there's an OC version for the same price, I'm very likely to get one.
I have asked in their Instagram post whether they're going to make an OC version, hopefully it'll be a yes.

After seeing the Instagram post above, I took the plunge and ordered the OC version of the original, just in case shave properties would take a turn for the worse with the new release (which I doubt, but...).
With the safety bar v1 of this razor, I can get a BBS shave in two passes and go against the grain right from the first pass, too, unless I have more than two days' worth of growth. One of my nicest shavers, so I'm very curious about v2.

Any more word on this razor? I'm finding it hard to find the first version even.
Thanks

Unfortunately, I haven't been seen anything more about it since then. I hoped it's still going to be made, as I have both the SB and the CC v1 and they're great for me. Probably my favourite shavers still.

Forum GOD!
The one on the left is the SE 50N the one with the magnets that hold the blade in place. It was announced some time ago. Lighter and slimmer than the SE50. Price $185.

Nope. It's like the SE-P, just less depth to it. Rocnel had more pics on Instagram, including one from the side, but they took them down pretty quickly. If the person whose post I like to in the first post hadn't re-posted, there'd be no photo evidence at all. :-P
It makes me think Rocnel might have changed their minds about releasing it, but maybe they just wanted to keep it under wraps for a bit longer. It would seem like a missed marketing opportunity, but perhaps they're trying to keep sales of their higher priced razors higher for now this way, although I'm not sure whether that would help anyway.
