Pinnacle Grooming - missing order

I bought one set from Pinnacle Grooming in March '24 and had no issues. Package was dispatched in a couple of days with several samples included.
I would add that within a few days of receiving, there was some kind of separation taking place. A liquid began oozing from the surface of the soap. I binned it.

I own a few of the soaps (Fluffy Towels, God Save The Queen, Leo-Nerd, Ottoman, Visionary) and have no complaints. They perform very nicely, with a dense and rich lather. The only complaint I might think of is that the labels are all a bit crooked, like they've been affixed in a hurry.

I did buy them from a vendor though, Vanity Stock (based in Italy). It doesn't look like they've received any restock lately.

Nope, still here. I really appreciate your efforts everyone, but it appears Pinnacle Grooming has simply disappeared. Maybe the owner has died or is in prison?! I shall periodically send further messages to PG chasing my order and report back if anything ever arrives
