Hi all,
I ordered a soap and splash combo with tracked posting from Pinnacle Grooming back in late January. I checked my banking app which confirmed payment had been made. I know items from the UK to Australia can sometimes take a while to arrive, but the total lack of communication is proving worrying. There was no email confirmation, but I did take a screenshot of the order and recorded the reference number at the time.
Since then I have attempted to make contact on numerous occasions through various channels (website, whatsapp, facebook messenger) but with zero response. Has anyone else had a similar experience? Or does anyone know the owner and may be able to give them a nudge?
