Just a few bits from the walk this morning...
It's rare for me to see a Wall butterfly or a Painted Lady these days. I think the heat this year has really helped out. There were some really nice wood carvings of birds on the walk too. The barn owl one is particularly good. Took these with a phone so not as clear as they might be.

Monks carrying the coffin of Cuthbert, an early bishop from around 680. Some years later the coffin was opened and the body looked as if he had died yesterday, Cuthbert was then made a Saint.
