Performance Review - Razors

Forum GOD!
At work it's the end-of-year Performance Review and I and my peers are required to rank all our engineers in order of performance: ability and effort. As I'm in that frame of mind I thought I'd do the same for my razors.

DE Razors.
  1. Blackbird SB
  2. Rex Ambassador
  3. Mergress (Bronze)
  4. Guerrilla
  5. Weber Polished Head
  6. Fatip Grande
  7. Muehle R41

SE GEM Razors.
  1. Sabre L2
  2. Micromatic Bullet Tip
  3. G-Bar
  4. Micromatic Clog-Pruf (I've had a better Clog-Pruf than this one but it was brass and smelt funny)
  5. 1912 Eveready

AC Razors.
  1. Vector
  2. Cobra Classic
  3. Colonial General Aluminium
  4. Alumigoose II
  5. Feather Artist Club Folding
Injector Razors
  1. PAL Injecto-Matic (it's the Injector only one I liked!)


In conclusion it looks like I need Shane @Blackland Razors to make an Injector... :notworthy:

Just to clarify: the engineers don’t see their ranking but only 15% can be classed as a Top Achiever and get an additional pay rise so we have to rank them in order to establish who makes the cut.

Reading yours Paul I was nodding the whole way through. I would suggest trying the Tatara SB, apologies if you already have.

Could you just clear up this point before you bow out - the Proline B-20s don't come in an injector, you have to hand load them. Will you be able to hand load these B-20s, or would you have to load them into an injector magazine to injector load in the conventional way?

When I re-read my post I realised it might have given the impression that knowing their position was part of the review and that would be quite brutal - even for me!

Yes - I tried the SB and OC on the pass-around. If the SB had been as aggressive as the OC I'd very interested. I really enjoyed using that razor.
