Yes they do. I would contact Andrew and chase up your order. My first order took around 3 weeks to arrive. My last order was 9 days.

I didn't get any extra custom fees either.

The orders I placed had tracking but delivery (To the UK anyway ) is pretty slow at the moment. 3 to 4 weeks on my orders.

Andrew replied that he sended it untracked so I will just wait. I don't mind waiting even few more weeks when I know that it actually is in transit.
