They look very impressive but £100 is a lot. What are oumo knots like? I think the only one I tried had gelled tips - urgh.

I have a LOD knot.
Strong back bone, soft on the face.
Downside: being so dense makes it eats a lot of soap (now for degenerates like myself with many soaps in the drawer...that is not a problem but a blessing)Works best with creams.
It won't perform well first shaves as it takes time for it to break down an reach his full potential. Once you tamed the knot it works wonderfully.

Chinese brushes at European prices, I have an Oumo, the handle has uncomfortable edges, it arrived in a different color than it looked on the web and the knot is so dense and with such a low loft that it is totally ineffective
Yes, i agree, the prices are ridiculous compared to other manufacturing like yaqi, boți, dscosmetic.
How long have you used it and what knot you have? I had same opinion first month untill i decided to abuse it with soaking in water and scrubbing it on normal soap in a ceramic bowl with serrations. And after a few days of doing this daily ritual it finally performed like the yaqi silvertip i own.
