May and June saw a flurry of acquisition activity here at Chez chazt. July seems to be following suit… and so with only a minimum of further ado, direct from Stowmarket, UK, will you please help me welcome our newest member of the family! Gentlemen, allow me to present 634. A soft and fluffy silvertip knot housed in a black over clear Omega acrylic handle. We’ve enjoyed one shave together. The knot is, shall we say, soft as the day is long. If cotton ball softness with the barest modicum (i.e., basically little to none) of backbone is your bag, then this baby will be sure to please. It’s a refreshing change. I dig it.

here over the pond it will probably be a different brand of polish

Yep. Made the mistake of overloading on first use. Could have done with a fire hose, the volume of water I needed.
As someone who generally loads from the container, I'm not a fan of these very soft soaps. MacDuff's reminds me very much of Declaration Grooming Milksteak base.
