The future looks... different, sooner than I thought.
Following on from this my plan has been working well, I have managed to sell about 30 soaps, which leaves me with 5 brands and still around 20 soaps. However, I now don't have to worry about using a certain razor with said soap or to remember the best brush : water ratio depending on a soap. The remainder all behave similar.
February sees the reduction in hardware, brushes and razors. I want to further reduce my collection to what I believe is best for me, I feel my SE razors may all have to go. I like a new blade/shave, call it OCD. Also I prefer straight razors to SE blades and it is only blade stiffness that appeals to me. I will also only be using no more than 2 soaps per month till I can focus my soap collection to my 3 best brands.

@Nishy I am selling almost all my razors from collection. Last I cant make by mind is Gillette No.77 OC RFB as sometimes gives me good shave and sometimes naahh.

Blades sorted (4000 aprx of Triton R3 and London Bridge)
Brushes . Here I am stuck. I have 6 brushes but might let go some. (Plisson HMW 12 Vintage, Kent BKN4, Simpson 2xl colonel "Jack", Shavemac Xmas LE barber, Simpson Captain 2 Best and Thater 4125/1). Favourite is Thater 4125/1 (I have second en-route).
Razors I am Selling a lot to friend in Poland but ultimately everything must go what is not A+ . Keeping Gillette NEW LC, Feather Portable and thinking about keeping Gillette NI Big Fellow and 7 o'clock OC

I started out in January to eliminate my stock of samples, interrupted by the arrival of the Asylum Rx where I wanted to use a known and proven soap and then I revisited some of my favourites, and today I finished off the last little bit of the Wholly Kaw sample (http://www.atgshaving.com/threads/sotd-saturday-25th-february-friday-march-3rd-2017.5013/page-8)
Despite buying a couple of extra samples in January I now have no more samples left and I feel rather smug. Tomorrow I shall use Old Spice or vintage Yardley simply because I can't remember the last time I used either and then through March I shall alternative three days of Nuavia with three days of C&S 88 because I've had them for a long while and not used them.
