Knots are well made and symmetrical and at a suitable loft (Simpson take note please). Just completed a hand lather and there’s fair tip presence with both the boar and the badger which I’m hoping reduces. Badger will be used first tomorrow.

In person looks even more like a burgundy. I think it’s the same colour that they use in the galahad brush, or it’s very close.
