That candy bowl looks awesome. I like your prototype bowl, but I'm always worried about the glaze being uneven or wearing away and being rough on the brush. I was actually looking at a small Japanese bowl yesterday ... smallish though the lip of the bowl curls inward a bit, so theoretically should keep the lather in the bowl better. But the glaze was uneven -- purposefully, I think, since all of them were the same -- so I decided against it.
