Three that have caught my eye are Saponificio Varesino, Le Père Lucien, HAGS.
Saponificio Varesino is confusing their scent profile are very complexed, so to me they are confusing.
Le Père Lucien are not very available.
HAGS is available locally.

My two got to are any PAA's, or Razor Emporum Vegan Bases.
PAA's Lathers Super Fast, Razor Emporium's Vegan take more time to Lather.
Have tried many others.
