How (razor) pass arounds work

Who gets a razor and when is entirely up to the owner of said razor. I normally put newbies (i.e. people I don't know) a bit further down the list, so when it's their time I'll know them better. Pass around rules are not made by the forum (ATG), but by the people organising them. My razor - my rules.

That makes perfect sense. Wish all forums were this friendly and willing to explain lol

I’m not looking to be part of any pass around at the moment, I know I still have some way to go before even being considered which is completely understandable, but I just want to ask if there is something I like in the future and would like to try, because I live in Ireland does that exclude me from the list. Did a pass around on the REX Page recently, very good experience............Great Razor under $75.00 USD.
