how long have you gone without shaving?

hey people so i always see people posting about how often they shave,
then it got me thinking i wonder how long some of you gone without shaving?

i havent had a facial shave since i was 20, so thats 17 years roughly lol

look dont get me wrong before ive felt like changing the beard up and sometimes i have by fading it, trimming it, growing it and fancying a bit of change as some of us can get a bit bored,
but for the first time the other day a thought crept into my mind about shaving my facial hair

i havent missed shaving my facial hair as at the time it was more of a chore and i think that was more due to using shaving foam and carts, who knows maybe i'd enjoy it now with the hardware/software i got now

I'm mostly face but I do have a chin strap beard so I still have plenty face real estate to shave. I haven't fully shaved for over 25 years. And i've only fully shaved my head a handful of times in the same time. I often take my hair down to a 1 though

so you prefer using hair clippers instead of a razor whne it comes to the head?

yea actually you reminded me i actually havent had a clean shave for more then 17 years actualy as i had like a goatee or a stick beard is what they used to call it, you know craig david style? was big in the early 2000s,
not sure if men still rock that look these days lol

I had a full beard for a few years but other than that the longest I go without shaving is until the stubble starts to itch which is usually about the three-day mark.

I prefer to shave daily but sometimes life gets in the way.

so you prefer using hair clippers instead of a razor whne it comes to the head?

I use a feather artist club shavette to line up my beard. Its like a quick beard but a lil wider and longer on the goatee. I do trim length with clippers but cheeks and neck get DE and SE shaves

Ha, generally not too long, maybe two days at most, and generally because of external conditions that aren't favourable. I'd rather not shave than have a very poor shave.

For SE its the Feather Pro's for DE its the Astra Greens

When I wore facial hair, I shaved my neck to maintain a clean look. And, I have no need to shave my head. It is alive and well.

At the moment Karve SS with the C plate and green Astras. I mostly use Personnas but have re-visited Astras recently and find them really good.

Only a month, during a sailing voyage - looked kinda weird when I did shave as the tan outline looked like a mask!
