I have the Nodachi OC head and the Colibri 1.3 OC and SB plates. I find that the Nodachi has some, but rather small amount of blade feel and the Colibri plates hardly any. Efficiency-wise they are about on par for me, although the slight blade feel in the Nodachi makes it a little easier to keep the angle. With either Colibri plate, I can whip them around without much worry.

I would suggest going with the 1.3 and 1.5 SB plates Wayne. I would rate the BB as being in between the two of them and the 1.3 as being similar to the Nodachi, in terms of efficiency.
One thing I've learnt is to use EMS instead of Russia post as it's fully tracked and much quicker (especially in the current Covid climate). I would also purchase in Roubles instead of USD as the exchange rate usually makes USD significantly more expensive (it's easy enough to check the actual price difference by applying each to a Paypal basket prior to purchase).
