Thanks. Those acrylic blanks and polyester resin ones can't be made mate with sanding only. I was looking to find a way to make them mate and good looking. One day got the idea to take it to a guy who sandblasts glass and mirrors. There are some limitations for the shape of the handle but the texture feels and looks amazing.
