I got an email back from Henson saying Shaving Station are their UK retailer and they didn't offer to ship one directly.

This will most certainly have something to do with their UK distributor. I assume they never intended for UK delivery and are now correcting the error. Can‘t really be upset with them for being loyal to their vendors.

Poor form on their part to have not issued you a refund. They were pretty clear in their reply to my email that they won't be shipping to the UK so you'd think they would have contacted you by now.

So far my experience with Henson has been very good. They respond to emails quickly. I am glad @The Geordie Shaver it has worked out for you
