head shavers - how often do you shave your head?

I never go ATG, my skin doesn’t like it and the pay-off isn’t worth it. YMMV.

What about the blades sharpness you think that matters? Or is it more about the smoothness?

The only way to know is to experiment as blades are extremely subjective to each of us. Good luck.

Just to reiterate what @celestino said. Once you find a blade-razor combo that works you’ll be fine.

I head shave ATG daily for BBS finish. I found success with very mild razors and a decent blade like Feather or EU Wilkies.

so i head shaved three days in a row but thats way too much for me tbh,
had some burning and stinging sensation on parts of my head,
i more did it to test out the voskhod blade and i think i could get away with doing it 2 days in a row,
so yea does anyone actually head shave like 2+ days in a row?

Yea sometimes at the back especially I like to go straight against the grain

I've been head shaving for 20 + years and before getting a DE razor I used cartridges. I always went against the grain on my head. When I first switched to DE's I tried to go WTG but it just felt Alien to me so now it's always ATG I find it easier to keep the correct angle.
