Was watching Utuber who was discussing Pro & Cons of Scooping Cream, Soap, or crisps into Lather Bowl. For Lather building v/s using Scoop,

my BIG Takeaway was using less soap, and a Wet Brush in time Kills Scent, and contaminates Soap.

Made sense, I am a Scooper as of a few days ago.

No more Wet Brush’s in my Soap.

Nonsense. People say ridiculous things. Scents naturally begin to fade over time, but the process takes a long time before it’s noticeable. Furthermore, wet brushes don’t hurt soap. That’s ridiculously nonsensical. If one’s concerned about perishable soap simply leave the jar open until it’s dry. A stained wooden bowl is more likely to leach stain and damage your soap over time more so than a wet shave brush used with soap in a plastic, glass or ceramic container.

Swirl the brush round it a bit and then swirl the brush round your face a bit.

Hand soaps survive for months being left out wet and loose little of their fragrance. Soap tubs survive wet brushes for months and years.

PM your address. I have a variety of hard pucks available to pif to a fine gentleman. Off the top of my head I know for sure i have multiples of Arlington, Marlborough and Almond. Also willing to share a puck of Salter lavender or Captain Fawcett’s scapiccio (fig, olive, bay rum) which are essentially the same as DRH. You choose. I’ll put one in a mailing envelope tomorrow morning. Seriously.
