I think the cat is almost out of the bag so there is a Type 15a (a = aluminium) version very very close to being out, it also has a couple of detail mods based on a lot of customer feedback. It has been tested by some very hard to please people

I'm guessing you've lengthened the handle (in my opinion not needed) and given it a bit more of a blade gap ? ( possibly needed as the lack of weight may make it less efficient than the brass version)

Anyway welcome - I think I'll use my Type 15 tonight.

There will be handle length options available; existing length and a longer version. The other changes aren't around the blade gap, but are to balance out the weight reduction with the feel. I'll create a thread with details when its out.
