I think all four were made by Gillette, but have their own names stamped under the head.
The Grom is a bit different, not having the keyhole/t-pin arrangement.

I have been in touch with the maritime museum in Gdansk to ask if there is any relationship between the razor (from the 1930s) and the ship of the same name ... and they emphatically state there is no link. We do still believe that there might have been a GROM razor in Poland as a brand which Gillette managed to take over and rather than bury the name, Gillette cleverly put their own razor (the 'New' type) in its place and continued the branding ... as they did with Nacet, Minora ... 7 O'Clock, of course, which was intellectuial property of AutoStrop who (re-checks history books) came to techically own Gillette 1932. You can look up Gaisman and the blade patent wars ... and the subsequent litigation against Gillette for infringement which to settle, pretty much Gaisman was handed the company.
Anyway, I love showing off ... here's my GROM:

The only reference to GROM as a razor company that I can find:

Interesting stamp on the top-cap. All I found was the Facebook marketplace advert: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/1074853118018703/ ... which has some scant suggestion that it's a commemorative razor for the Ghurka regiment.
