Floris London No.89 EdT

Last week, I had a fantastic discovery at scheeralon.nl when Jeroen introduced me to the EdT of Floris London No.89. The moment I smelled it, I was immediately captivated by its classic, elegant aroma, and I knew I had to learn more. It struck me as a truly timeless fragrance, with a unique blend of citrus and warm, woody notes that felt both sophisticated and comforting. I've since ordered a small tester to properly evaluate how the scent develops and lingers on my own skin throughout the day. It's so crucial to test a fragrance this way, as its character can change dramatically with individual body chemistry.

I'm curious to hear from the community: Does anyone else here own this EdT, and what are your general impressions of it? I'd love to hear about your experience with its longevity and projection. Furthermore, for those who are fortunate enough to have both the EdT and the shaving soap, I'm particularly interested in how the two products compare. Is the scent of the soap a faithful representation of the EdT, or are there subtle differences in its strength, complexity, or overall character? Your insights would be greatly appreciated as I consider adding the soap to my collection.

I don’t have the No.89. EdT, but I do have the aftershave.
It’s a classic, elegant scent I usually apply in colder weather. I also had the No.89 soap, loved both the scent and the performance. Now I’ve got the Elite soap in my rotation.

I have the Floris "Santal" EdT, and it's not very long-lasting. Also, I own the “Jermyn Street” perfume, and honestly, it wouldn’t last much longer either.
