I bought one a while ago when I ordered something else, thought I'd give it a go.
When it arrived I thought it was on the small side but tried it and it actually worked quite well, a lot better than I was expecting. I am 54 and have very coarse, thick stubble so if it worked on me it should work on everyone.
I only tend to use it if I have been lazy and have a few days growth.

It doesn't turn man hair into 14 year olds bum-fluff but it does seem to help.
