Hi,

Come on.... I can't be the only one... Who's got the Christmas decorations up???

I know it's not to everyone's tastes, but after a pretty crappy 2020 this cheered my 3 children up no end.

So.... Post your festive picks to cheers us up.

If you're more of a "bah humbug" persuasion.... Feel free just to avoid this thread! :)

My wife made us put up the Xmas decorations on Friday after Thanksgiving. That was when we finally realized our 15+ year old fake Xmas tree was done. Decorations are done outside. Now just waiting on the new fake tree to be delivered. My wife did the purchasing and I almost fell down when I saw the invoice. Just a tad under $1,000. That is after she went out and bought a $400 hand held hair dryer. Just for that, I'm going to go buy that used drum set I've been eyeing for $500.

We normally hold out until December. The wife is only holding off putting them up now as we're due to complete on a house later this week.

We're normally strict on nothing before Dec 1st, but my business is opening again from lockdown on the second, so we put them up at the weekend to make sure they were up before we hopefully get busy! :)

Writing this cuddling smallest child with the Grinch on the TV! Lol.
