Blackland End of an Era

I’m really resisting, had it in the basket, have wanted it since it was released but can’t justify it after buying two razors in a about month!
Plus that vector discount in under two weeks…

I know you’ve been after the Vector for a while, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed, it’s a fantastic razor.

I was originally saving for a SS Overlander, but that would be well over £100 more than this at sale price. Decided I’m gonna go with an Era w/ SB L4 and an OC L5 if they’re still in stock by tomorrow afternoon (when I’m paid). Fingers crossed @Blackland Razors!

On another note, sad situation that they can’t continue to be made but think I’ll really enjoy how this shaves. The clamping looks superb. The ideas are wonderful and will perhaps inspire a further look at something similar in the future.

I think you'll enjoy it! And I suspect that L4SB + L5OC will be in stock. It will be a close call on the L4SB, to be honest, but the L5OC will be available.

Thanks for the kind words and support! Some of what we've learned with the Era will surely trickle down to future products.

I was the same Lee, the SB#4 razor was in my Basket even though i have the SB#3 Razor with extra #2 plate, I then shaved with the Blutt and realised i do not need 2 ERA's, one will do, mind you if anyone has a #4SB plate to sell give me a shout.

I’m torn because I really would like to try the Vector but it’s a lot to splash out on an untried bit of kit especially when I’m so happy with my Shield.
As for the Era I love the tech and design but again do I need another mild razor?
Now want is another matter…

I'm not big on pushing sales for things you don't need, but Vector is absolutely a razor that you should try. Borrowing one is a good option if you have access. There's nothing quite like the Vector and that alone makes it a razor worth experiencing.
