Bloody hell! I saw this on Ali Express as well. Does the base plate have any engraving on it? I can’t believe how that looks, as you say it’s not a clone it’s counterfeit! Feel sorry for the maker, however just goes to show the markup considering this was what about £45-£50?

Not sure how I feel about this acquisition- this is the AliExpress razor not a Blutt. I wasn’t expecting a counterfeit more of a clone but this has ‘Blutt Rasur Swiss Made 120’ stamped or engraved in it and a full copy of the box (I assume it’s a copy as I’ve never seen one) and some PermaSharp blades in package I’ve never seen before. So this is a full on counterfeit product.

I saw a Rockwell 6s on there yesterday but can’t find the link at the moment.

Rocnel on the cap and an anchor on the bottom of the handle.
Luckily it's easy to spot it's a fake. No anchor on the Elite and the edges of the razor, aren't so sharp.
But a noobie will think they had found a bargain on eBay.

The Blutt 1.2 is also quite a mild razor. Not saying they shave the same, but a direct comparison would be very interesting.

Well there goes the resale value on the original one. From the pic there is not much to tell them apart. Maybe the more rounded lines on this counterfeit one.

I stopped looking at Tatara razors on Ebay for this very reason, there are so many good copies now it's a risk I am not willing to take.
