The Copper Shield AC turned up today. The finish reminds me of copper coloured spray paint rather than a copper machined item - odd and somewhat cheap looking. It came loaded with guarded blade which is far less rigid than a proper unguarded Feather AC blade so that might be discarded v soon. Still at 76g it’s the right weight - first shave tomorrow. The Omega brush was thrown in free - I wonder why a Chinese manufacturer is giving away Made in Italy brushes…

Yes yes You say right ! Same factory of the platinum in the same package .
too expensive like many vintage blades but I used them something like 15 years ago and I remember them as excellent . I liked trying them again …

I managed to stock up on them when I realised they were becoming difficult to get hold of.. seeing that I have a decent amount of blades in rotation they should last me a while..
