I use Arko by softening in a bowl which I prefer over using as a stick.

I only use sticks for lightweight foreign travel and I normally only take enough for 3 shaves for a week. A stick is perfect for that.

Another great value stick is the Spanish LEA .
They reformulated it again
I used it recently and it's excellent. Nice fresh scent and really good performance. Not as cheap as Arko but currently 2 for £ 3.60 at Connaught. Definitely worth a try.

Thanks, it is nice to be back and ready to interact in a positive way again. I was a little jaded towards the end of my last period of interaction here and quite rightly I got my legs smacked. I resorted to just lurking. I lost a lot of enthusiasm and was buying too much gear, buying and selling everything and not settling on any gear. I've grown up a bit with my shaving and am happier to give stuff more of a chance and ready to enjoy the process once again.Nice to see you back here Wayne !
