After a two year hiatus on collecting shave gear (other than rolls razor strop dressing), I decided to splurge a bit on some good to fantastic deals I spotted. The stones were auctions.
Boxed and stamped coticule, hoping it's a near match to one I already own. It would be a pleasure if it is a fine razor finisher. (121*30mm, or 4.75"*1.25", small, but I've worked with smaller).

As for the next stone, I suspect there's a late 1800's/early 1900's fine white Tam O'Shanter under all the grime and slurry residue. Graded as a razor stone according to the label. Unfortunately, 3.5"*1" isn't much to work with. Fortunately, Rolls Razor blades are what I'm honing half the time, and they'll do fine on that. This is my first ToS, though not my first Scottish whetstone. I have a seldom used Blue Dalmore as well.

When I spotted this strop below, I immediately clicked on the BIN button. It was $25 + shipping, or about £18.75 for our island bound cousins. From what I can tell, it's been heavily used, but not abused beyond restoration...

As opposed to it's twin below, which belonged to my grandfather, a barber. It is likewise heavily used, but also immaculately cared for. It's 3.5+mm thick cordovan shell, 24"*2.5". I once saw a NOS one sell for $400 some years ago. Most I see are trashed or appropriately priced north of $100. Not flashy or fancy, but simply one of the best shell strops America ever offered in a fairly respectable size, length, and thickness.
After shipping, I'm into all three of these for about $150, give or take a dollar or two, and honestly, if the strop is restorable, I'll consider the stones to be more or less freebies. All in all, a good 24 hours on eBay.
