You already know my answer, but prepare yourself
petrol/black or red peppercorns/chilli-salt/stilton ok maybe not stilton.
Or for a lighter more acceptable match, pineapple with
Grape/mint/ginger/coconut/lilly

I think pineapple would work really well with something like grapefruit and saffron and a base built around something like Firmenich leather oud, maybe some cedar.

Pineapple works well in a classic Oriental Fougere. Pineapple with Cardamon,Bitter Orange, juniper, Oakmoss and Tonka would work well. Perhaps some Pink Pepper in there to spice it up.
Or perhaps the classic Woody notes (Cocktail stick) Potato (for a stable base) Cheddar cheese and a dose of Aluminium Foil (to pretty it up a bit)
