Good service from Maggard Razors today. There was a slight mixup with one of my orders, and a wrong soap was sent.

I reported it to them, and they are sending the missing soap, and letting me keep the extra item. Just great, stress-free service, especially over such a long distance.

I have been using them a lot recently in fact just today I received a 26mm 2 band knot which as usual was excellent quality. I actually prefer Maggards to UK vendors as they are so efficient with fantastic prices.

Great after service. I ordered a Mongoose Handle, they sent the wrong finish. They sent the correct one and paid the postage costs for me to return the incorrect one.

Nope. Like 99% of retailers it's debit / credit card or PayPal

Bank transfers are slow, very expensive if international and are incompatible with automated order processing systems
