Can't sleep so just watched a documentary on the last hours of the Who drummer Keith Moon. One scene they show a flat where he died, being Flat 12, 9 Curzon Place, in Curzon St. London. The actual place. Then quickly, for a few frames they show the wrong flat. Any guesses where?

Yes indeed flats above 9 Curzon St. Above G. F. Trumpers shop.

Apparently it's a common mistake fans and other media companies make. Now you know. :)

A fair walk, they are both at opposite ends of the street.

Yes the building was remodelled inside but the outside is the same due to it being a grade 2 listed building.

Interesting...

The loss of Keith Moon was quite a blow to The Who. They recovered because the other three members were also very talented, including John Entwistle, perhaps the best, and least heralded bass player in rock at the time.

The flat sounded familiar to me, same place Mama Cass Elliott died four years later.
