Big 3: 5 x 5 ? Nice.I'm still battling away. Still traveling lots, so can't really get into routine. Currently doing the "Big Three' routine, Deadlifts, Bench Press and Squats - 5x5. With some arms and shoulders on days in between. Cardio as and when.
