What watch are you wearing today (WRUW)

I lust after an IWC watch like that. There is something about Arabic numerals that does it for me. Is it a Spitfire?
It's a Mark XX... Similar to the Spitfire but no faux aged lume and has an upgraded movement (5 day power reserve!)

During WW2 IWC had the dubious honour of supplying both sides with pilot watches, the Mark series was inspired by the instrument panel of the Junkers JU-52 and features the silhouette of one on the caseback.

^ JU-52 instrument panel, you can see how the indices and font inspired the IWC... Of course the plane was actually designed for civilian use long before being appropriated by the regime for military purposes so I don't think IWC is attempting to celebrate or honour that regrettable period, just the plane itself. Unlike the Spitfire which is very symbolic.

Nice! I've been fighting the urge to pick up an F117 for work.

Today I replaced the sand coloured rubber strap the watch came with, see above, with a black leather strap. I think the new strap looks much better.

I’ve not seen one of those luminous Natos before. I tried a standard Nato, but didn’t like it because it was too thin, whereas leather, rubber and sailcloth are thicker and thus looked better on this chunky watch.
