There are a couple that you can wear like a ring bit they are subscription based.

and this one
Thanks

I did see the Whoop but it doesn’t and the Oura ring is the same, measure for AFib. When I had my AFib “attack” the Apple Watch as good at looking at that. Thanks again though for taking the time to reply.

I was looking at that the other day. At work I normally wear my Apple Watch, I like to keep a watch on my heart rate and ecg after my recent health issues. It means I don’t wear my other watches so I was after something smaller that did the ecg and heart to go on my other wrist. I gave up in end as they all have screens and look like I do have two watches on. Ages searching didn’t reveal a non screen Bluetooth device.
This is my issue. I used to use both a G Shock and a Fitbit when MTB’ing but two watches day to day is a bit much.
Plus I’m not allowed to use a smart watch at work anyway. I do use a basic stepper watch at work.

I think I have become a little paranoid about my heart rate and A Fib to be honest. I feel a few blips in my heart and then the need to check an ECG. Need really to try to leave the Apple Watch at home ! Silly I know but that whole episode scared me some what.

Yesterday and today I have been wearing a proper watch and have the Apple Watch in my bag. Which is a compromise.
I've weened myself off my Apple watch, but recenlty been thinking about getting something to throw in the bag for random AF checks when I feel I want to and as the watch requires charging i've been looking at the below:

Seen these and thinking this is a great idea, may have to invest.

Something to be aware of, the Fitbit band type things do require a monthly subscription if you wish to access anything more than the most basic of information/data.
It does depend on what information it is that you actually want. I have a Versa 4 that's currently in its six months free period and I won't be carrying on with the subscription after that. As far as I can tell most of the extra stuff you get is workout programs and nutrition advice. Oh, and it'll show you an animal after a month's worth of sleep data.

I do only wear mine for sleep tracking though, I've tried wearing it during the day and I prefer a proper watch.
