Mint is the only note. I can't pick out any other. It's not particularly strong, a little sweet, reminiscent of some mint candies we used to eat as kids.
It doesn't freeze the face, while I find the lotion a bit more oily than the classic LPL offerings. Putting less drops is the solution for me.
Definitely a good and 'natural' purchase.

Prep: Warm shower:/Asda Tingly Mint & Tea Tree Shower Gel.

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Transparent Bar Soap.
Brush: Lider Turkish Boar.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl : Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl
Lather: Arko Sensitive Shaving Cream.
Blade: Personna Gem PTFE. (D7)
Razor: Ever Ready 1914. (US) (brass)

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse./ Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.3 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./Gummy Traditional Turkish Lavender Cologne./Aloe Vera Gel.

Early Morning Shave,

A comfortable shave to finish my shave week off wonderfully.

I personally find the 1914 the most efficient out of all my vintage E-R razors mowing down stubble with effortless ease.

An enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops Aloe Vera Gel.

My face is feeling smooth cool, & smelling divine.😉

Another very easy, comfortable injector shave with the J1, nice in the hand, mild and efficient, giving a smooth and comfortable finish.
The Arco was used crayon style, rubbed onto the wet face then whipped up with the Alpha, easily producing enough for 3 passes if needed.

Soap/Cream: Palmolive stick pressed into a pot
Aftershave Balm: Nivea Sensitive Cooling
Aftershave: Speick

Habitual creamy Palmolive lather helped the very effective combo deliver a relaxed BBS+, 9.5/10, with just a minor weeper on the chin, which soon dried. The soap's a winner in every respect, with traditional wet shaving becoming ever more popular I fail to understand Colgate Palmolive's decision to stop making it.

My best shave yet from the Hone 15s, this is pretty much all I wanted from it in steel! BBS and the added refreshment from the Proraso and Signature Capra Insurium was a perfect start to the day. Enjoy your day guys!
