Today's shave:

- Musgo Real Classic
- Shavemac Finest Badger
- Razorine with ASP blade
- Tüff sensitiv aftershave

:meh:

Using the Razorine reminds me of using dental floss: getting the hand-eye-coordination right to hit the correct angle and be able to see what I'm doing without the hands blocking my view at the same time is similarly complex (which is why I use floss picks for my teeth). It's also very direct; none of my safety razors gives me this much feedback and lets me feel my stubbles this closely, resulting in a bit of skin irritation. I don't think it'll fit into my idea of shaving as a calming and more or less meditative daily ritual.

Tabac soap
Ever Ready " Streamline "
Gem S/S [ 1 ]
Tabac A/S Lotion

After an AC/SE rotation I moved on to Vintage SE. It was the ideal choice for me, as I used a Streamline more than any other Razor in my early Shaving days. In fact at one time I was rather obsessed with them, and kept on acquiring them. I have over the years passed on a few to fellow Shavers and am now down to 4 complete sets.
Anyway todays Shave was a good one, smooth with an ultra close finish, which is as good as those I get from any AC/SE Razor. Weekend in London so need to pack the car, taking stored stuff back to son who has returned from a stint in Turkey.

Barrister and Mann Eventide
Saponificio Varesino 2.0 Cocobolo
Pils 101NE
Aussie Spoiler
Humphreys Witch Hazel
Amourage Lyric Man EDP

The soap was a generous gift from @Blademonkey and as I find with most B&M offerings, it produced a superb lather. So slick. It also compliments the Lyric Man very nicely.
Cheers Paul.

Saturday morning shave:

Pre.: Hot water rinse, organic coconut oil, Proraso green pre-shave cream
Brush: Rick Montalvo with a 25mm Timberwolf fan knot
Soap: Martin de Candre - Original
Razor: ShaveCraft #104 Tech on a Stork Classic aluminium handle
Blade: Gillette 7 O'clock SharpEdge (2nd use)
Post.: Hot water rinse, alum, cold water rinse, Vifrex, Myrsol Emulsion, Myrsol "Agua Balsamica" AS, Caron "Pour un Homme de Caron" EdT

Aaaaah, brilliant shave this morning
The simple but beautiful lavender scent of the MDC soap, the soft touch of the Timberwolf knot creating a great, creamy, slick lather...
Took my time, deliberately slow and with a very light touch.... wow! The Tech continues to impress!
Just by guiding it across my face, two passes (xtg & atg + some little touch ups), just touching the skin the Tech still mows down the stubble effortlessly.
Smooth, comfortable and efficient, very much to my liking :D
Resulting in a bbs face, a good start in the day

Wishing all a sunny and relaxed Saturday! :okay:
