I just got back from a nice walk with the Bedlington boys, at my local Morlais limestone quarry, it was cold and the wind was bracing, I was not surprised, Morlais quarry overlooks the Brecon Beacons, as beautiful as it is that place will freeze the balls off a brass Monkey.

I took these a few days ago, local St Tydfils Hospital was left to rot after being sold to a developer, which is typical of my local council, the number of historical buildings they have destroyed is shocking.

These are photos I took a while back of old St Tydfils Hospital, just a word of warning to others please don't go in there it is very dangerous the whole structure is unsafe, it's very eerie dark and foreboding and it's also home to some very undesirable individuals, and vagrants are also hanging out there, so give it a wide birth.

A lot of these old building are Listed and a financial nightmare to restore. But shameful if not criminal that they were allowed to fall in such a state deterioration
