I would go with 6S. 6C is apparently not that sturdy.

The plates are the same size. The main differences are:

6S is about 20g heavier.
6S is in matte finish, while 6C is polished chrome.
Stainless steel will be more durable than chrome.

I was contemplating one of these myself as a next addition to see how I fare against the current Maggard's razor I'm using.
Leaning a bit towards the 6S for the selection of plates, but I dunno.
Birthday is coming up soon, so could chance my arm for both I suppose..

I've only used the the Rockwell 6c in gunmetal But sadly in the last month. The issue with the handle has arisen.
Just use another handle is what I was told by the retailer. It ain't no fun using a brass or stainless with a gun metal head.
Gotta say that Karve looks stunning
